BOULDER TRIP POST IRONMAN

When in Boulder, you must do at least one climb. I joined coach and his friend, Kristian, up to Jamestown. It was so beautiful. I forgot how nice it is to have such long climbs right by your house. Came back to Austin confident that summer 2012 will be spent in Boulder.

Coach Sindballe aka THUNDERBEAR and Kristian. You can't help but smile when you are out on your bike.

My dear friend, Matt Seagrave. To me, he is family. We have gone through a lot in life and in triathlon together. We got to go on a nice early morning ride. Memories to Cherish.

Up in Estes Park, I volunteered for the Danish corporate triathlon that Coach was putting on. It was so fun to share my love for triathlon and to be out in the crisp fresh air.

Found a good book to tackle, in the airport prior to heading to Boulder. I am almost finished now, a few weeks later. I read the Pillars of the Earth books, so had to be loyal and read this!

There is some link between climbing/hiking and triathlon, have found yet what it is but I know it's there!
Great post by the way, love your energy and spirit!
