This was the reading my Granny had on August 28th, 2011, before my Ironman Kentucky race. I have the torn out piece of reading taped to my mirror in the bathroom. It is a reminder to me.
A reminder to ask and BELIEVE.
God has a special plan for each of us, as we are each uniquely made. God will guides us and help us reach our goals- if we let him. We must believe that good things will happen in the future.
And they do- from Ironman Arizona 2010 to Ironman Louisville 2011, there has been amazing things happening- there has been a lot of believing, a lot of praying and asking- sometimes in tears on my knees. This has been not just about my triathlon career, but also my marriage, my family, for friends. Because this is life and THANK GOD that He is in control.
