
This past week started off with a BIG BANG- the germs attacked the Castro Household. Zane was hit on Friday of the prior week and I went to war trying to not get the cold but upon wake up Monday am I was hit with the NASTY GERMS.
The winter typically brings all of us some kind of cold here and there. BUT it is how we chose to handle it that will make all the difference.
I parked myself on the couch, loaded up on Emerg-C, caught up on Private Practice Episodes (I am now up to date and on current season 5!) and also started this homeopathic COLDCALM. TRY THIS!
Coldcalm has a loading phase for 2 hours on first onset- take 2 tablets, letting them dissolve in your mouth, every 15 minutes. Then from there you can do every hour till you start to feel better.
Thanks to the 2 days off on the couch I was up and running come Saturday/Sunday. Sure there is a bit of the lovely snot to contend with, but I am back in action quicker than if I pushed on through, not listening to the body.
